Dynamic spaces for businesses

Makati’s top emerging office address is The Stiles Enterprise Plaza, the first office condominium in Circuit Makati.

Covering almost 5,000 sqm, The Stiles Enterprise Plaza is masterplanned to provide dynamic units featuring spatial innovations that allow businesses to create their own space in the city.

The contemporary office spaces at The Stiles Enterprise Plaza harness the latest technology and best practices in architecture, construction, and structural administration. Modern building features include a building management system that controls and monitors the common areas, individual units, and the signature lobby.

Among its sustainability features are LEED certification, efficient lighting for common areas, maximized natural lighting, water consumption efficiency, and green landscaping on the 10th floor and rooftops.

Other premium amenities include back-up power for office units and all common areas, provisions for an executive toilet, and telecom and broadband access. A fire detection and alarm system is on hand to protect hard-earned investments.

The Stiles Enterprise Plaza is located in Circuit Makati, a 21-hectare mixed-use development on the former Sta. Ana Racetrack property of the Philippine Racing Club Inc. (PRCI). Circuit Makati is poised to be the unequivocal destination for all things entertainment, with its world-class indoor theatre, multipurpose entertainment spaces and open grounds integrated with commercial, hotel and residential blocks.
